Survival Frog — 6 in 1 Charger

A fictional but reality-based scenario from the Tactical Ops Center. This TOC Talk drops you into a 4AM mandatory evacuation triggered by a nearby chemical spill with roadblocks closing in 30 minutes.

🕓 Event: 04:12 – Family Home, Suburbs, USA | Chemical Spill – Mandatory Evacuation, Roadblocks in 30 Minutes

Two hard knocks. A flashlight cuts through the blinds.

Lisa’s already upright. Jake is trying to figure out if he’s dreaming. The kids are still out cold.

A uniformed deputy speaks through the door: “Mandatory evac. Chemical spill. Roadblocks in 30 minutes. Get moving.”

📋 Lisa’s Rapid Checklist

Lisa moves. Jake follows. The kids whine but obey.

🪖 Major Dave: 04:20 Briefing on the Lawn

Already outside. Already packed. Already loading.

“Evac means threat. Doesn’t matter if it’s fire, water, gas, or crowd. The op is the same—move clean, fast, and silent.”

Dave checks in on Ms. Ortega. She’s awake, but slow. He waves Jake over.

“No good plan leaves civilians behind. She’s in your vehicle. You’re command for her.”

🚗 Departure – 04:27

  • Two cars loaded. Rear convoy lead: Major Dave.
  • Comms set: handheld radios (channel 3, simplex) — Emergency Comms & Power Checklist
  • Pre-briefed rally point: church lot 3 miles north.

Lisa logs every item stowed. Jake double-checks the kids. Dave rides silent.

As they pull away, the neighborhood is quiet—but a few lights start flipping on.

Too late.

✅ Outcome – Mobile Within 15 Minutes

  • Executed clean evacuation under 20 minutes
  • Pets, kids, meds, and neighbor accounted for
  • No forgotten gear, no visible panic, no second trips

Dave cracks the window. First words since ignition:

“That’s why it’s called preparedness. Not guesswork.”
