🚚 Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive an email with tracking info once your order ships.

Shipping Carriers:
We partner with trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx to get your gear delivered fast and securely.

Estimated Delivery Time (U.S.):

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (available at checkout)

International Shipping:
Currently, we only ship within the United States. Stay tuned as we expand our mission!

🔁 Return Policy

We stand behind every item we ship. If something’s not right, we’ll make it right.

Returns Accepted Within 30 Days of delivery on most unused items.
To qualify for a return:

• Item must be unused and in original condition
• Must include original packaging and tags
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Return Process:

1. Contact us at info@GoBag.One with your order details.
2. We’ll send instructions and a return shipping address.
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue your refund or exchange.

Return Shipping Costs:

• If the item was defective or incorrect, we cover shipping.
• For other returns, customer is responsible for shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Digital downloads
• Perishable or personal hygiene items
• Custom-made or clearance products (noted on product page)
